We had been having sluggish performance and other issue’s with out Internet connection since early last week. One of our F5 units (http://www.f5.com/products/bigip) developed a hardware problem in fact this is why we have 2 units for redundancy, but hardware problem was invisible to the second unit so it never failover. There should be a replacement in soon.
Our ATT link (our fastest ISP) is at half speed. Innovative was here today to check the T1 it should be repaired soon. Hopefully we will be back to full service in a matter of days for more information stay tuned to this site it will be updated regularly.{moscomment}
